Who do you call after opening day?

At fit-out handover, agree who takes a fault call, who can authorise repairs and when a visit works around trading. We can price a maintenance schedule for the equipment on your site.

Scope of work

On the job.

01

Shop fit-outs & refurbishments

Send the electrical drawings, tenancy layout, opening date and any landlord requirements. We’ll check who supplies the fittings, what can be reused and which areas need to keep trading. Send fit-out plans for pricing.

03

Plant & machinery

Three-phase supplies, controls, motors and pumps for workshops and operational sites. Tell us about the equipment and the access window.

04

Planned maintenance

Fault finding, thermal imaging, emergency lighting checks and test and tag. We agree inspection intervals and reporting around the way the site operates. See how a maintenance agreement works.

Which lights can go off together?

When the lights sit above a work area, the first questions are about the floor below. Can the crew get a ladder or lift in? Can that part of the site stop while the rest keeps running? Tell us your shift times and we can price the work around them.

Questions, answered

For site managers and builders

Who do I ring if the programme changes?

Before work starts, we agree who you’ll deal with on site and who can approve a change in scope or cost. For a shutdown, we also agree who can release the plant and who needs to be there when the power comes back on. We include those contacts in the job handover.

Can part of the premises stay open?

Tell us which areas or equipment must stay live and the access windows available. We’ll agree the staging and any shutdowns with the site contact before work starts.

Can you maintain a site after the fit-out?

Yes. We can discuss fault response, thermal imaging and planned checks, then agree the scope, inspection interval and reporting with the site manager.

What should a builder send for a fit-out tender?

The current layout, electrical specification, client-supplied fixture list, pricing deadline, and dates for strip-out, ceiling closure and opening.

Getting started

Have a tender or a shutdown coming up?

Send the current drawings, opening date or shutdown window. Which areas need to keep trading, and what equipment must keep running? We’ll use that to work through staging with your site contact.
