Ask your mortgage lender first.

These are mortgage products. The lender assesses your equity, ability to repay and exact equipment. Some list solar batteries, heat pumps and EV chargers. Ask for written confirmation if your battery will charge only from the grid. Offers and rates can change. Lender links open in a new tab so you can keep this comparison handy.

If your lender asks for your solar installer’s SEANZ details, send them Leading’s provider profile (opens in a new tab) with your quote.

MTF handles the application, documents, lending checks and decision. Its home improvement lending differs from a mortgage top-up. Ask for your interest rate, fees, repayment schedule and total amount repayable before accepting an offer.
